We do not offer refunds unless the product you have received is faulty. If the item you have received is faulty, you are eligible for a full refund. Our refund policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are able to exchange your order for a different colour only if your item has not been shipped out yet.
